[Gathering Strength, Blossoming Youth] Day Trip to Heyuan

In order to enrich the company's life, enhance team cohesion, cultivate collaboration ability, adjust the state and relieve work pressure. On Saturday, October 30, the company organized a group fun activity in the morning at Gushilong Farm. In the afternoon, we went to Heyuan Bavaria Manor to experience the national medicine hot spring and play amusement park.

First stop: Gushilong Farm

The group building activity was based on the theme of fun games and healthy sports, there were three projects: "paper cup water transfer", "two people three feet" and "tug of war", all of which integrated the elements of sports, entertainment and cooperation.

Tug-of-war is a traditional Chinese sports team building activity, which can well reflect the unity and cooperation among the team members, thus strengthening the cooperation and communication among the participating groups and enhancing the cohesiveness among the whole participating teams.

 

Paper Cup Water Transfer

 

"Trust each other, cooperate with each other". Each player bites an empty paper cup on the mouth, the first player scoops water Hou passed to the next player in the same group in turn, and finally the team with more water in the paper cup wins. In the competition, colleagues of each group united and cooperated, tacitly cooperated, they interpreted a common word - unity. The judges at the side also spared no effort to shout and cheer for the players, the atmosphere was warm.

The team was divided into two teams, they tied their legs together, shoulder to shoulder, hand in hand, and walked forward step by step. Looking at their tacit understanding, other team members also jumped to try.

 

 

 

Seemingly simple group building fun activities, but let everyone experience a team strength after the intense work. Each game brought us a shock and deep reflection, making us more convinced: unity, mutual support, you have me, I have you, will be able to overcome all difficulties and obstacles!

Next was the free activity time, we went to experience go-karting together.

Through the extreme speed challenge, experience the most original speed and passion, completely release the pressure in the work. Feeling the powerful centrifugal force of cornering up close, everyone gained a free, open and happy multifaceted experience in a competition.

Next, we all went to experience the boat trip together. The lake is small, but wild and interesting. The lake is surrounded by green and tall reeds, and the weather was not too hot or too cold, so it was quite a pleasant thing.

 

 

 

Second stop: Heyuan Bavaria Manor

After lunch, after a short break, we all arrived by car to Bavaria, opened the estate tour. (Strictly comply with the epidemic prevention and control requirements, has done a good job of personal protection mask)

Another small group of the company went to the famous Guomao Guomao Spa. It just so happened that the weather was perfect today too ha!
